Rules & Info

Rules:

° Do not abuse your given powers.

° As an admin do not: Swear, be abusive against members, Act Mature & be respectful to players

° If you are not sure if player is cheating consult with other admins, use our demo archive https://oof.lv/autodemo/ and review demo or use !cc command and audit suspect pc via screenshare (Discord)

° Do not teleport yourself or other players/admins unless it is necessary.

° Fun commands only can be used if there is an event.

° You can held votes only for map changes.

° Announcement commands can be used only for important announcements to warn player/s, notify about server news or other important stuff.

° If an admin is caught using Cheats / Macros / Server Exploiting, will result demotion and Permanemt ban.

° Do not use server plugins for you're advantage

° If player opens complaint against you on discord server #csgoforum you have 48 hours to respond otherwise you will recieve warning

° By receiving 3 warnings you will lose your admin access also players can rate your performance via !rep command. If you will have low overall rating we might remove you from our staff team or demote.

Always if you punish players start with warning if its small offense (See Server rules first). You can say over chat Warning or use as warning kick, slap or slay option. Mute, Ban times on first time should start from 30 - 1440 minutes, second time from 1 day to week, third offense from 1 week to perm ban. You can give small punishment on second time also if it's nothing serious. Each situation depends! Don't be too harsh on the people no one likes if admin ruins fun but make sure you are in the control of the situation! If action is needed from admin don't be scared to punish players whatever they say but don't gate keep every server rule and act like dictator!

If you think player isn't doing bad or braking rules but someone complains too much suggest him to mute him on the tab player or mute the player for complains for no reason!.

If you don't want players to see what you plan to do always use console to ban/mute access admin menu etc.

Command prefix for console - sm_ for chat - !

Player symbols prevent you from banning / muting player? Write in the console - status to get USER ID or STEAM ID or use !admin menu

You can access admin menu via - !admin or use this bind ( bind n sm_admin) .

Chat with other admins on the admin chat via TEAM Chat and write - @Your Text

Bans & Mutes:

How to ban player? Write !ban [ name ] [ time ] [ reason ]or use !admin menu - Player Block .

How to mute player voice chat? Write !mute [ name ] [ time ] [ reason ] or use !admin menu - Player Block .

How to block player chat? Write !gag [ name ] [ time ] [ reason ] or use !admin menu - Player Block .

How to block player voice & regular chat? !silence [ name ] [ time ] [ reason ] or use !admin menu - Player Block .

Example: sm_silence ooF 1440 toxic

Kick, Slay & Slapping:

sm_kick [ name ] [ reason ] (kicks player)

sm_slap [ name ] [ damage from 0 - 100 HP ] (Slaps around air player)

sm_slay [ name ] (kills player)

Example: slaps player with 50 HP damage - sm_slap ooF 50

Other:

sm_vote - Vote for example to change map / let players choose what map will be next.

sm_map - forces to change map can be used after map change poll or if server crash and no map is choosed at the end of game

sm_staff - Hides you from the TAB. WRITE THE COMMAND IN THE CONSOLE ONLY | Good Feature to bust cheaters

sm_nda - Shows list of players using VPN / Having Non Prime Status

sm_csay, sm_msay or in the chat - @Your Text - Notify all players with highlted text (should be used in rare situations when its absolutely nessacity).

sm_cc - Freezes players game. Player will provide his discord ID if not you can ban him or on leave he will get auto ban. After you invite him you can audit his pc for cheating software via screenshare. If no cheats can be found you unfreeze player. Youtube Tutorial - Usefull software for Cheat checking -

sm_call_handle - Will show msg on the discord server that you responded to the calladmin.

sm_calladmin_block_add - Block player from using !calladmin.

sm_calladmin_block_remove - remove calladmin block.

sm_psay - send private msg to the player (use it only thru console)

Donation Terms Of Service:

° Donation virtual currency is called EUR and it's equal with the real EUR Currency curse 1:1

° You can test VIP features once per month for 5 minutes with in-game command - !viptest.

° You can only refund EUR in-game balance.

° If you wish to refund EUR in-game balance you have 48 hours to do it after purchase & you will receive all the funds within 2 weeks.

° You can't refund if you already used the IN-GAME EUR balance. This means if don't to up your balance and buy any perk it's not refundable because you already activated your perk.

° In case of Vote Mute, Vote Ban & Vote Kick command abusing we hold the right to remove your VIP Status or downgrade perks. (You are only allowed to Vote Kick If the player is AFK, Cheating, Vote Ban if the player is cheating or being toxic & Vote Mute if the player is playing music / being extremely rude/toxic). Read general community rules before using this feature.

° VIP/Donation System exploitation will result with a ban from the community or we will remove VIP access/Other Perks.

° We do not store any payment information such as credit card details, emails etc, such stuff is proccesed by payment proccesors we use (Paypal & Stripe).

° On our side we only store VIP duration time, Steam ID & vip group ( It's being auto deleted soon as it expires).

° Our website doesn't save any other information on you. IF you login via Steam Platform (© Valve Corporation) in our website it displays information only from Game servers such as when was last time when you connected to the servers ( it's only shown to you).

Servers:

° We store your Steam ID (Note this is public information can be accesed anyone if you wish not to show this delete your © Valve Corporation Steam platform account).

° We store players statistics like Kills, play time, chat logs, Country of player origin based on IP and such information publicly.

° We store players perferances like saved options no map music, vip saved settings and such (Cookies).

° We log player IP (not public information).

° IF you use discord verification command we log your discord user id (not public information).

° Ban records are stored permanently snice we need to keep record to avoid use of ALT accounts snice those players broke our Community Rules.(delete your © Valve Corporation Steam platform account if you don't want to display this information)

° Your online privacy matters! That why we store on our servers barely any information that could identify person!

° We can assure you that most data is being auto deleted in 3 days to 90 days from our servers.
